Our Mediators Assist The Parties In Reaching An Out-of-court Resolution

We bring many years of trial experience with us to assist the parties in better understanding the process and what is a realistic outcome they might reach outside of a contested trial. We work to help the parties reach common ground working with counsel from both sides of the aisle.

Mediation is a cost-effective method for amicably resolving disputes.  It is our goal is to help the parties create a “win-win” agreement, as opposed to the all-or-nothing outcomes that typically accompany a trial. Arbitration is the submission of a dispute by the parties to an Arbitrator for a final decision which has the effect of law and is binding on both parties. Hansen McClintock & Riley has experienced training and is able to schedule and conduct efficient, fair arbitrations which do justice between the parties in considerably less time and with less expense and uncertainty to all of the parties.
